Seriously, Israel's not perfect (and has never claimed to be), but with all of the horrific things happening in the world - and especially in the Middle East - ISIS, genocide of the Yazidis, slaughter of Christians, oppressive crackdown and purges in Turkey, bombing of hospitals in Yemen by Saudia Arabia (who oppresses women and religious minorities), it's Israel - the only Democracy in the region where there's freedom of press, where women, minorities and the LGBTQ community can live in peace and safety, it's Israel that's always the focus? How can such spectacles be explained?
Where's the incentive for peace, when it's profitable (& sanctioned by the Palestinian Authority - Israel's proposed "moderate partner in peace") to murder Jews? The Palestinian Authority actually pays a monetary stipend to imprisoned terrorists and their families based on the egregiousness of the terror attack (the more heinous, the more profitable).
Have you been following the controversy at Cal? First they have approved a blatantly biased & propaganda-filled course on Israel/Palestine, then they removed approval and now the course (with only "cosmetic" changes) is back. A university should inspire people to question all sides, think analytically, respectfully advocate & respectfully disagree. Not just promote an agenda. Read more here
Hard to believe that just yesterday I was in Israel, witnessing miracles in medical science (happening in hospitals where the doctors, nurses, social workers are Jewish, Muslim & Christian (and so are the patients)) and technology. Ever wonder why even the leaders in the BDS/Anti-Israel movement are treated in Israeli hospitals when they or their families are in need? And for that matter, ever wonder why Israel is kind enough to treat them?. Not even the leaders in the BDS movement believe in their own, uh, BS....
With the absurdities occurring in the Middle East & the Double Standard applied to Israel, I decided that it was time to either "laugh or cry" & we prefer to laugh. So welcome to my Pro-Israel Cartoon Advocacy project.
